JRN 200 Assignment-1, Post-2
After following O’Connor around
before, during and after his workout today, it is clear that he is very
dedicated to staying active. His
Starbucks Reserve caffeinated coffees this morning gave him the extra boost of energy
he needed to get him through his long workout. While at the gym, he completed a
variety of exercises including upper body exercises and abdominal exercises. O’Connor
gets many of his workout ideas and workout plans from a company called BodyBuilding. It allows for him to switch up his workout so that he never gets
bored. Today, he worked out with his friend Kris who pushes him to be his best.
After lifting weights, he finished his workout up by playing some basketball
which is a hobby of his. That allows him to cool his body down, stretch his
muscles and do some extra cardio before heading back to his dorm for the day.
